As a trainer and curriculum developer, she provides professional development to professionals in health care, mental health, and various other settings, through evidence-based trainings, consultations, and coaching, designed to improve community mental health and well-being through Trauma and Resilience Informed Care by understanding the impact of toxic stress, recognizing and strengthening protective factors, and resiliency.
