We do not accept insurance at this time. 

RTC is considered an “Out of Network” provider. However, we can provide you with an invoice, commonly known as a super-bill (upon request), which you can submit to your insurance carrier to seek reimbursement of fees already paid.

We highly encourage you to contact your insurance carrier to find out if you have a deductible to meet before you can receive reimbursement. It will be your responsibility to verify that your insurance carrier accepts super-bills.

It is important to be aware that insurance companies do require a diagnosis and other treatment
disclosures in order for you to receive reimbursement. For your awareness, a clinical diagnosis made by your Therapist does become part of your permanent health record.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash.

Our current fee is $180.00 for a 50-minute individual session.

Yes, you can. We are happy to hold a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your professional or organizational needs. 

Confidentiality is one of the most important components in therapy, as therapy requires a high degree of trust. With few exceptions, the highly sensitive material that is discussed between you and your therapist will not be shared with anyone else without your permission.

All counseling sessions are conducted via a secure and easy-to-use telehealth platform. Established clients can also hold some sessions by telephone if needed.

We are not providing any in-person therapy at this time.

We only provide services in the state of California.

We do not provide 24-hour crisis services. However, if a life-threatening crisis should arise; you can contact a crisis hotline, go to your nearest hospital emergency room or call 911.  Please use our crisis list as a reference. If you need crisis support during working hours, we will follow best practice procedures to support you during your time of need. 

Your appointment must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the full session.
